Can food allergies cause your joints to crack and get swollen, i notice i retain fluids more if im eating stuff more, I do take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and claritin?

No: There are virtually no studies that truly link food allergies to an inflammatory arthritis. Milk allergy may be a rare exception.
