what is the best to treat my left swollen ankle and foot

1 doctor answer
Dr. James Ferguson
45 years experience Pediatrics
Hard to say: Proper treatment would require a better understanding of why it is swollen & an exam. Label could vary from a bug bite reaction to chronic non-union of an ankle fracture. You are welcome to start over & provide detail about a triggering event but this will likely require an exam & possible x-rays.
