Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Likely causes are hemorrhoids and anal fissure. The latter is painful. It would be prudent to see your doctor to rule out bleeding in your intestine. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!

Steaks blood BM: If you mean on outside of BM likely hemorrhoids. If mixed up in stool the lower GI bleeding. Have someone look at you anus for hemorrhoids. You can also send picture.
