Red Twizzler Poo: I have had at least a couple handfuls of frantic parents over the years concerned over this kind of stool such that I routinely add " Eaten any Twizzlers" to my army of questions I ask when a child has red poop. Yes, these quite probably are little bits of red licorice you are seeing.
