Don't panic: That's quite a jump: From headache to brain tumor in one step. It's possible but not likely. You may have heard of a kind of headache called "migraine." The word is a French corruption of the Greek word "hemicranium," meaning "1/2 of the head" because migraines typically affect only one side at a time.
