Not likely: Headache is certainly one of the common symptoms of a brain tumor, but chest pain is not usually in any way related. You may just have migraines, or you may have another type of disease. You should see your doctor for evaluation and appropriate testing and referral, probably to a neurologist who specializes in headache. An MRI of the head would help.
