Cough: Could've been viral to begin with and this is now just a post-viral cough. If it was pneumonia, sometimes the cough can last for weeks afterward. It may be a new process - infection has cleared, but you got a new viral illness. Lots of possibilities. It's reassuring if there's no fever and breathing has improved.
