Dyspnea is serious: Your symptoms have many possibilities, from simple allergies to a failing heart. This is important for your primary doc to evaluate.

Difficult: Your symptoms could be consistent with chronic sinus disease, chronic bronchitis or a scarring of the airways called bronchiectasis. At a minimum you should have a breathing test (called pfts), a chest scan and a scan of your sinuses. Visiting a pulmonogist would be helpful to explain your illness.
