Asst symptoms: 2 separate issues. Tooth pain may be due to the extent of the decay that was treated, or the filling may be a minuscule amount too high. Sore bleeding gums indicate a gum infection. Get back to your Dentist as soon as possible. He/she's the person that knows your situation the best.
