I have two bumps on my neck. they are both very painful and this morning it felt worse. have tried deep heat and muscle relaxers- no improvement. 3rd one arose today. they dont move under my fingers when i press on them. should i go to a dr?

Definitely: Among others, deep abscesses, such as the ones seen in hidradenitis suppurativa may be the cause and specific treatment will be needed. See your GP or an urgent care facility.

Yes: Persistent pain of any kind is the body saying something is wrong. Definitely could be some type of abscess or another infection with painful lymph nodes fighting it off. Dr exam needed
