Good day. i am a 34 year old male with extreme neck pain in the left side where my shoulder and neck muscles meet i have numbness in my small fingers and neck spasm everyday at the moment i struggle i can't move my neck or even lay down due to pain?

Neck pain: Neck pain associated with radiation to left small finger is associated with a C8 problem. So likely some type of impingement associated with nerve being irritated at that vertebrae. Other possibilities include irritation to nerves of brachial plexus which come down your neck and irritation of nerve at shoulder.
