Yes: Although not ideal, this is how surgical masks are being reused in many medical facilites. We do know that COVID 19 does not like porous surfaces - a mask is a porous surface. Some people put it in a paper bag and date it with their name. That way someone else won't accidently use it. Try not to touch front of mask when you remove it.
