Not likely: Motillium is not likely the source for your elevation of alt levels. Many other possibilities should be considered first likely chronic viral hepatitis, fatty liver, other medications or autoimmune liver disease. See a liver specialist (hepatologist) or gastroenterologist for formal work up if the elevation has been for 3 months or longer.
