Not likely.: Blood tests are reflection of liver FUNCTION. Imaging tests show anatomic PHYSICAL abnormalities. Liver has tremendous regenerative capacity, and it takes a lot of beating. Likelihood is that your liver has recovered fully from toxic effects of alcohol.
