My son is 2 year 5 month old had eaten honey today, is there a concern of botulism? if yes , then after how many hour of eating , botulism symptoms occur?

Not particularly: We avoid honey for the 1st year while the infant gut finishes developing its internal defenses. After a year the gut appears to have the defenses that make honey a safe supplement to their diet.I would not worry about it in a kid that age.
