Vulval candidiasis: Redness and burning of the vulvar area can indicate that you have a candidal (yeast) infection probably due to antibiotic use. Many antifungal over the counter vaginal suppositories/creams are available to address this problem. Use both the suppository (inside the vagina) and the cream for the vulvar area to fully eradicate the infection. Do not stop antibiotics for UTI until you are finished.
