COVID-19: You should seek a COVID test and isolate from everyone for10-14 days. It's especially important to stay away from elderly people.

Quarantine: Will be justified in above scenario and monitor for symptoms. Duration of quarantine and testing has to follow regional regulations based on local COVID strain behavior and local resources. Informing your GP will help in further managing your situation as your GP can further coordinate locally.
