A member asked:

My ct results shows that i have enlarged and lobulated retroverted uterus which may represents leiomyomatous uterus. what is that mean? and can this condition cause heavy hematuria and pressure like pain in one side of my abdomen during ovulation?

Not hematuria: Leiomyomas, also called fibroids, depending on location and size can cause excessive menstrual bleeding but not blood in urine. These may cause the other symptoms you mentioned.
