Prayer/meditation: Our fast paced, stressed lives often lead to anxiety which is hard to “turn off” @ bedtime. A wise counselor can help, as can avoiding caffeine in evenings, putting away screens (phone, computer) before bedtime, reading a Bible passage or other calming portion, prayer & meditation, listening to soothing music. There are several calming phone apps that can help with this (but don’t check emails!)
