For psychiatry, it is UNLIKELY for a patient to get medication unless there is an ongoing relationship between patient and doctor. The fee is for medical advice and care, and not for prescriptions. A doctor is unlikely to prescribe psychiatric drugs online to a patient unless he knows the patient well enough.
