I am currently on xarelto 20mg/day taken in the evening. i am currently struggling with itchy and painful sinuses. i have a history of mild gastritis. i have never taken allergex but would like to try to see if it will help, is it safe with xarelto?

Antibiotic/antifunga: The only medications contraindicated with use of Xarelto are azole based antibiotics and antifungals. Antihistamines such as Chlorpheniramine should be fine to take with Xarelto. AS with any new medications, watch for side effects. Blurred vision, difficulty in micturition, dysuria, dryness of the mouth and tightness of the chest may be produced. Central effects include hypotension, muscle weaknes
