PANIC ATTACK: When you have a lot of anxiety you are more likely to have a panic attack. Panic attacks mimic signs of a heart attack but are very treatable. Getting a good night's sleep is important for physical & mental health. Go to the Emergency Room of a hospital where this can be treated with medication. Later consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy with Zoom & a Psychiatrist for medication.
