Chest discomfort: I recommend consulting a cardiologist. Chest discomfort relieved by leaning forward is characteristic of pericarditis which is an inflammation of the heart lining often caused by autoimmune disease. Chest distress aggravated by exertion is seen in coronary artery blockage but it would be most unusual in your age group. The cardiologist will order appropriate tests in order to make a diagnosis &adv
