Chest heaviness is often caused by tension, stress or anxiety. Shortness of breath, especially at rest but not with exertion,is another anxiety symptom as are stomach issues. However before attributing your symptoms to anxiety, I recommend having a complete medical evaluation & testing to exclude stomach & esophageal problems such as gastritis or hiatal hernia. Stress management coaching may help.
