Calories: Weight gain indicates that your calorie intake is higher than needed. Elimination of waste products does not cancel out the intake of too many calories. Try eating less dense foods that are high in water and fiber. They will help you feel full, but not contain excess calories. Avoid creamy, cheesy or high fat foods which are dense in calories. Avoid laxatives-they can rob your body of nutrients
