is it normal to have to bowel movement after i eat a meal?

Probably: If you have to rush to the bathroom or your bowel movements are loose or associated with abdominal cramping, it's not normal. If you have normal, formed bowel movements soon after eating a meal, it's normal. People who eat a lot of fiber - fruits, vegetables, and whole grains - often will have normal bowel movements after they eat. This is actually very healthy.
