Can be normal: Some women/girls are irregular during most of their lives, having heavier or lighter periods at times.Certain stressors to the mind or body can cause irregularity by affecting hormonal balance.For cramps, ibuprofen is often used.Oral contraceptives are also often used for this.I recommend that you contact her doctor to discuss if this continues.
