Maybe: It would be a bit early but there is a usual sequence that precedes 1st menses. Girls would have a breast bud emerge on one or both sides with gradual breast enlargement over time. They often will have 1st menses 1-2.5 yrs later preceded for a few months with a straw colored scant discharge. Cramps are not a common related symptom in the early process.
