Daughter has really bad period cramps on left side that makes her cry has happened the past 2 months?

Period Cramps: So sorry to hear! If she has no allergies, she can take an over the counter anti inflammatory medicine. Naproxen ( the blue one) lasts for 12 hours and can be taken one tab every 12 hours. Ibuprofen is another option, but needs to be taken every 6 hours. Watch for tummy upset as this is the main side effect for both of these medicines.

Menstrual cramps: please have your daughter examined and have pelvic ultrasound. She might have an ovarian cyst.
