Too soon to know: This needs to be watched closely. The baby is pre mature at 24 weeks, AND suffered a brain bleed. each event carries risk, and that increases when added together. While an accurate prediction of deficit is not possible, it is probable that abnormalities will exist. For best outcome, early therapeutic intervention is recommended. See a pediatric PMR or neurology doc as soon as possible. Good luck
