Aspirin raises the risk of various kinds of bleeding, but uncommon with daily low doses. When it occurs, gastrointestinal bleeding is the more common risk, not brain. In many people, the benefit of daily aspirin (primarily in preventing heart attack and stroke) outweighs the risk of bleeding, but this is controversial and recommendations have been changing. Actually very rare to have spontaneous brain bleeding secondary to low dose aspirin alone. However if severe head trauma occurs or aneurysm ruptured, bleeding could be more intense
