Need a gyn exam: You may have something that needs a surgical procedure. Excruciatingly pain with intercourse is not normal. You may have endometriosis or a hymen skin tag that needs treatment. Also, yeast usually causes itch and white thick discharge. Smelly discharge may be BV or an STD.
