First, have the diagnosis professionally confirmed: self treatment is no way to deal with this. Second, talk with your doctor about alternative treatments in case you have a candida strain resistant to the "azole" drugs. Finally, a possible preventive treatment is weekly fluconazole by mouth (if not azole resistant) or an alternative drug if it is. Probiotics may help, but rarely the only answer.
