Allergies: It can be completely normal for babies to have dark circles or bags under their eyes. It can also mean that they have allergies to something in their environment. Do some thinking and determine if there is anything new in her environment. (a new pet, a new toy, new shampoo or laundry detergent, new pillow, etc) Use infant benadryl only if the allergies continue to make her eyes itchy/swollen
