Today i woke up with a slightly swollen lower lid in the that is a bit painful to the touch and itchy. later in the day a little bruising happened under the same eye. what could this be? i did start weight training recently .

Eyelid swelling : More details are needed. Where is the bruising? What type of training? How is your general health? Any changes in urination?
