I just woke up noticed that my skin was burning under the right eye.when i looked in the mirror it looks a bit swollen and is peeling. wasn't earlier?

See a doctor.: Most likely, your rash is something benign like a contact dermatitis. However, your symptoms could possibly represent a herpes simplex infection outbreak. While this less likely possibility is usually of no major concern for the lips, it could damage the eye and even cause blindness. I would see a dermatologist or ophthalmologist right away. Don't panic, but please do follow-up.
