? Drug reaction: You may have a drug reaction. Are you taking anything by mouth? medicines or vitamins or any supplements. If you recently experienced any cold symptoms ( cough, runny nose, fever...) you may be experiencing a viral reaction. Lastly, if the clusters are painful, there is a rare chance that you have disseminated herpes virus (very unlikely from what you say). Please see a dermatologist for testing
