Since i was 16 (now 21) i have had random attacks of heart palpitations, causing me to sometimes lose vision, pass out and causing extreme migraines (i get migraines randomly as well) i have a pituitary brain tumour, but noone thinks they are related?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor, preferably a neurologist. Even if the two are unrelated you still need healthcare. Wish you good health!
