I have a pituitary tumor and i take medicine for it. actually yesterday after watching some porn scenes i got anxiety that at night also i wasn't able to sleep properly in sleep my heart beating fast. so will it cause my prolactin level to increase?

Not enough to harm you. Ask the doc giving you the meds a bout having sex- I am certain ihe/she may allow it

Very doubtful that your event adversely affected your prolactin-secreting pituitary adenoma. But consider sharing your symptom experience with your current doctor, especially if repetitive.
