No: Palpitations and aneurysms are not directly related Someone with an aneurysm may have cardiac abnormalities that could cause pales. And not all palps are necessarily abnormal. Ur doc can sort this out for you. Good luck.

Palpitations: These are caused by many things. Stress, excitement, irritants both physical and chemical, pressure like a hiatal hernia or esophageal push or pull, and primary heart things, the causes are very many in number.
