i had -1.5 myopia w/o astigmatism & it have been stable eye sight for past year . it took now 3 month to change to -2 ! i use my smart phone much. nl?

Your age?: It is possible that you have eye strain with focus spasm. It is also possible that your refractive state has advanced to -2 diopters of myopia. A cycloplegic refraction can sort the issue out. If you are over age 26, it is unlikely that your myopia advanced.

Refraction: Depending on your age and genetics, your myopia will change some with time. Near work increases myopia a little as well but it's complex environmental interaction.
