Toric lenses: Yes. They are called toric lenses. Also, gas permeable contacts (hard lenses) can correct astigmatism and myopia very well too.

Yes: There are toric contact lenses that will correct for both near sighted ness and astigmatism. Also traditional rigid gas permeable lenses will also be able to offer you correction.
