12 year old daughter has been sleeping alot, having headaches, nausea and vomiting and now has a rash on her neck. what doctor should she see. a endocrinologist, or dermatologist, or gastroenterologist? what could the symptoms indicate?

Her primary: The symptoms are vague & common to many simple conditions. The best place to start is her doc who knows her. When/if there is need for another specialist input s/he will know & know who in the area can see her.
