Hi, my dermatologist ran a thyroid panel. My TSH and t4 came back normal but my total t3 was very high. What could be wrong and is that enough to see an endocrinologist?

Very good afternoon doctors. My TSH is 0.47 My T3 is 73. My T4 Total is 7.0 My Free T4 is 1.5. Why would the endocrinologist want a thyroid ultrasound and uptake and an MRI of the thyroid?
I have hypothyroidism. Elevated TSH. Normal T3 and T4. Antibody test was negative. Endocrinologist still refers to it as Hashimotos and says that's "most likely" the cause. Why would that be if I have no antibodies?
