Can ulnar nerve pain cause bicep and tricep pain? also have pain on both sides of elbow/wrist. carpal tunnel was released on same arm 4 months ago.

May not be ulnar: The ulnar nerve can cause pain through out its distribution in your arm, but your pain does not fit only ulnar pain. Carpal tunnel syndrome is related to your median nerve. To have both median nerve and ulnar nerve issues, you most likely have an issue upstream of those nerves not specifically with the median or ulnar, either brachial plexus issue or cervical radiculopathy. Emg should be done.
