my eyes dilate all the time. why? even when i wear glasses. when i focus on a light it goes to small to & then back to small? could it be anxiety?

Large Pupils: Some people have larger pupils in average to dim light, and as long as they are both the same, no problem! FYI some drugs cause dilated pupils - cocaine and methamphetamine in particular.
