I have a super itchy dark bump, that appeared on the back of my left shoulder. its not painful or bothering me but im just worried as its not going away?

How long present? : A dark bump that is present for more than a week or so, especially in a sun-exposed area like the shoulder, should probably be examined by a Dr for possible malignancy (though most are probably not malignant) If it has only been present a few days you could give it time & apply hydrocortisone cream 2x/day for a week or so to see if anything changes, but get checked if no better- may need biopsy
