Dermatitis: Sounds like you have a dermatitis (not otherwise specified) and an exam would define it more specifically. Most dermatitis like, itchy skin eruptions can be treated with a topical steroid and Benadryl (diphenhydramine) as an antihistamine (which can also help with the itch). If severe, then get derm eval.
