rash on shoulder and legs. tiny red bumps not itchy but quite a few maybe 3 or 4 in groups mostly on legs?

See dermatologist: this could be a reaction to a medicine that you have taken. There are other possibilities such as a heat rash. An allergy or insect bites would be itchy. See dermatologist for eval and Tx.
