I have a red rash on lower back. it seems lightly swelling and it is warmer than normal.

Contact dermatitis?: It's really difficult to say without seeing it. Do you have fever? Often, rubber in a waistband can cause contact dermatitis including the lower back. Any new soaps, laundry detergents, lotions, or medications of any sort? Do you have other symptoms like aching, fatigue, fever? Get a HealthTap doc to visually inspect the rash.
